My work focuses on how leaders think, decide, and lead in complex realities. Together, we clarify thinking, reduce decision load, and redesign leadership systems so teams take ownership and operations flow without constant intervention.

I am currently completing the Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching at Georgetown University, an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Level 2 accredited coach training program aligned with Professional Certified Coach (PCC) standards.
