Hogan Debrief & Analysis Engagement
See how you come across, with evidence behind it
Most feedback about how you work and lead is filtered through politeness or one person’s view. Hogan gives you a research-based read on how others are likely to experience you. As a certified Hogan practitioner, I translate your results into something you can use.
What Hogan measures
Hogan’s assessments are among the most widely used leadership assessments in large organizations, and they rest on decades of research. You complete three:
Everyday strengths (HPI): how you come across day to day, at your best
Risks under pressure (HDS): strengths that start working against you when overused under stress
Drivers and values (MVPI): what motivates your decisions, and where you’ll thrive or feel friction
Especially useful when
You want an honest read on how you come across with colleagues, clients or your manager
You’re preparing for your first leadership role, or a bigger one
You’re new to a senior role and people are forming their picture of you
The feedback you’ve received doesn’t match how you see yourself
What you get
A live debrief, 60–90 minutes. We walk through your results together, find the gap between how you experience yourself and how you land with others, and test what the data means against your real situation.
A written analysis document. It’s yours to keep, and it’s built around specific, observable behaviors: where your reputation is an asset, where it quietly costs you, and what to do about it.
You come away with a clear view of your impact, your risks under pressure, and the patterns worth changing.
How it works
We have a 15-minute conversation to confirm it’s a fit.
I send your Hogan invitation within three business days.
You complete the three questionnaires online. Each takes about 15–20 minutes.
Optional: you share recent reviews or 360 feedback, plus a few notes on your role and goals.
We hold your debrief, usually within two weeks of your finishing the assessments.
Your written analysis document follows within about two weeks.
Confidentiality
Your results stay between you and me. I won’t share your reports, scores or our conversations with your employer, your board or anyone else without your written permission. This is a development tool, not an evaluation, and it isn’t used for hiring, promotion or performance decisions.
Investment
Rates depend on who’s paying. If your employer covers the cost, the organization rate applies.
