Executive Leadership Coaching
Leadership coaching grounded in evidence
For people who lead, or are getting ready to. I work with senior leaders in a new role, managers carrying more than they used to, and professionals who want to understand how they come across and where they’re headed.
Coaching gives you a confidential place to think clearly, test your assumptions, and decide what to do next. You leave each session with a clear next step, not just a better mood.
Who I work with
Leaders new to a bigger role. CEOs, presidents, executive directors and senior leaders in their first year.
Managers and experienced leaders. You’re leading through change, juggling competing priorities, or running a team where too much depends on you.
Professionals building their careers. Individual contributors, sales and client-facing roles, and people preparing for their first leadership role.
What we work on
Understanding how you come across with colleagues, clients and the people you report to
Preparing for a step up, or settling into one
Working through a decision that’s been stuck, or a priority that keeps getting bumped
Naming the pattern that’s limiting your influence or splitting your focus, and finding a different way to operate
Building judgment and composure that hold up under pressure
Turning what we uncover into steps you can take, and ways to tell whether they’re working
How it works
Most engagements start with Hogan’s three leadership assessments, which show how others are likely to experience you, including the gaps between what you intend and what lands. From there, sessions are structured, confidential and 60 minutes on Zoom.

Leadership Team Engagement
Each member of your leadership team completes Hogan and gets an individual debrief. Then we meet as a team to look at the patterns across the group: where you’re strong together, where you’re likely to clash or stall under pressure, and how to work better as a unit. Priced per leader, with a proposal after we talk.
Community nonprofits with budgets under $5 million: ask about reduced rates.
Confidentiality
What we discuss stays between us. When an organization pays for coaching, it can know that we’re working together and see the goals you agree to share. It doesn’t see the content of our sessions or your Hogan results unless you give written permission.
